Job Summary: Execute regional maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation of assets in both direct and indirect operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assets 2. Advise sales staff and customers on asset operation 3. Support projects impacting the technical area **PURPOSE / MISSION** ---------------------- Execute regional maintenance activities to ensure proper functioning of assets for Direct and Indirect Operations **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- 1\. Perform basic channel asset maintenance activities, such as: asset preparation, asset installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, technical service activities, among others. 2\. Review necessary adaptations for asset installation and/or perform electrical installation as required. 3\. Inspect and report on the condition of channel assets, generating alerts in case of incidents or anomalies with asset control. 4\. Document primary technical support causes in the technical service order and communicate them for appropriate management. 5\. Conduct technical and functional status analysis of assets. 6\. Collect information regarding asset usage and handling by route drivers, customers, and sales staff. 7\. Advise sales staff, route drivers, and customers on asset operation and functionality. 8\. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and document them. 9\. Maintain up-to-date legal documentation. 10\. Provide support for picking line maintenance when required. 11\.
