Confa Employment Management and Placement Agency is recruiting, on behalf of one of our client companies, the position of: Plant Operator *Applicants with Disabilities Encouraged* Academic Level: High School Graduate Experience: 6 months, preferably in food industry plants **Preference for candidates residing in Chinchiná; work location: Chinchiná ** Knowledge: -Food industry plants Skills: -Active listening -Assertive communication -Interpersonal relationships -Teamwork -Service orientation -Following instructions Contract: Fixed-term contract of 6 months Salary: $1,893,490 plus statutory benefits Shifts: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Responsibilities: -The primary objective is to achieve production targets while complying with requirements established by customers, processes, and job-related responsibilities. Duties: -Guarantee the expected quantity and quality of the product according to specifications agreed upon with customers and assigned processes. -Monitor and control proper operation of equipment in the work area. -Record and report operational conditions, anomalies, and failures related to all activities performed at the workstation, using designated systems. -Maintain equipment in excellent operating condition. -Keep work areas and equipment clean and well-maintained. -Manually classify, weigh, seal, and pack materials and products into boxes, crates, bags, barrels, other containers, and shipping units for dispatch, disposal, or storage. -Perform related duties. -Requirements: Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education years of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator, piso, vivienda, inmobiliario, inmueble, condominio, edificio, planta, floor
