Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Floor Advisor to provide customer service and advisory support, manage the store, achieve sales targets, and promote technology and white goods products. This opportunity is for you! · Confa Employment Management and Placement Agency is recruiting, on behalf of one of our client companies, the position of: Sales Floor Advisor · Educational level: Academic high school diploma. Experience: 1 year of experience in sales of technology products, mobile devices, home appliances, white goods, retail, electric mobility, or related commercial roles. · Knowledge: -In-person and multi-channel sales. -Technology and mobile devices. -Customer service. -Sales closing techniques. -Inventory and in-store logistics management. -Digital tools and sales channels. -Achievement of commercial performance indicators. -Office and administrative services. -Customer service · Skills: -Active listening -Assertive communication -Critical thinking -Interpersonal relationships -Persuasion -Service orientation · Contract type: Fixed-term contract (3 months), with potential conversion to indefinite term based on performance. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Salary: 1 minimum monthly legal wage (SMMLV) + social benefits + uncapped commissions + performance-based bonuses. · Responsibilities: -Provide in-store customer service and advisory support. -Manage store logistics and organization. -Achieve established sales budgets and performance indicators. -Conduct sales through various commercial channels. -Promote technology, electric mobility, and white goods products. -Effectively implement sales closing strategies. -Keep product and promotional information up to date. -Ensure an excellent customer service experience. -Support company-required commercial and operational activities. -Identify customer needs and resources, and recommend appropriate services and products. -Follow up with customers after sale to resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and provide technical support for products. -Perform related duties.-Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education 1 year of experience Knowledge: Customer service Keywords: cambaceo, sales
