Position Summary: Supervise and ensure shipment traceability, temperature control, and compliance with carrier requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Management of documentation and satellite tracking of carriers Confa Employment Management and Placement Agency Requires: TRAFFIC SAFETY AND CONTROL ASSISTANT Education Level: Professional or Technical degree in Logistics or related fields. Minimum one (1) year of experience in similar positions. Salary: $1,750,905 + BONUS $450,000 + TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE. Schedule: Full-time availability from Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week. Contract Type: Project-based Functions: Supervise and ensure shipment traceability procedures are carried out throughout the entire route, drafting an email to the client specifying time, date, origin, destination, vehicle, driver, location, and report. Review and ensure transported product temperatures comply with requirements established by the Logistics Manager. When contracting a third-party carrier is required, conduct the security assessment on the authorized platform. Supervise and ensure third-party carrier documentation is complete for creating and digitizing the vehicle’s, owner’s, and driver’s resumes.
