Emergency support and promotion of teamwork. **1** Control access for staff, visitors, and vehicles. **2** Conduct surveillance patrols on foot, by motorcycle, or by vehicle. **3** Attend to and guide visitors at the gatehouse or reception. **4** Verify compliance with internal security regulations. **5** Prepare reports and incident logs. **6** Use security technological tools (radios, smartphones, and other available aids per project requirements). **7** Safeguard the safety and integrity of individuals within the service area. **8** Coordinate and assist in emergency evacuations. **9** Operate light vehicles or motorcycles during patrols (if applicable). **10** Adhere to protocols established by SuperVigilancia. **11** Report incidents to immediate supervisor and follow instructions. **12** Support colleagues and promote teamwork. **13** Other duties associated with this position. **14** All procedures established by the organization and client applicable to this position.
