Job Summary: Responsible for controlling access, conducting surveillance, attending to visitors, and ensuring compliance with security regulations, using technology and coordinating emergency responses. Teamwork and compliance with security protocols **1** Control access for staff, visitors, and vehicles. **2** Conduct surveillance patrols on foot, by motorcycle, or by vehicle. **3** Attend to and guide visitors at the gatehouse or reception area. **4** Verify compliance with internal security regulations. **5** Prepare reports and incident logs. **6** Use security technological tools (radios, smartphones, and other available aids according to the project). **7** Safeguard the integrity of individuals within the service area. **8** Coordinate and support evacuations during emergencies. **9** Operate light vehicles or motorcycles for patrol duties (if applicable). **10** Comply with protocols established by SuperVigilancia. **11** Report incidents to immediate supervisor and follow instructions. **12** Support colleagues and promote teamwork. **13** Other duties associated with this position. **14** All procedures established by the organization and client applicable to this position.
