Job Summary: This role is responsible for controlling access, conducting surveillance, attending to visitors, and ensuring compliance with security regulations, including incident management and emergency support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for security and access control at facilities. 2. Conducts active surveillance and operates security technology. 3. Collaborates as part of a team and coordinates emergency evacuations. **1** Control access for staff, visitors, and vehicles. **2** Conduct surveillance patrols on foot, by motorcycle, or by vehicle within the facilities. **3** Attend to and guide visitors at the gatehouse or reception area. **4** Verify compliance with internal security regulations. **5** Prepare reports and incident logs. **6** Use security technological tools (radios, smartphones, and other available aids according to the project). **7** Safeguard the integrity of individuals in the service area. **8** Coordinate and support emergency evacuations. **9** Operate light vehicles or motorcycles during patrols (if applicable). **10** Follow protocols established by SuperVigilancia. **11** Report incidents to immediate supervisor and comply with instructions. **12** Support colleagues and promote teamwork. **13** Other duties associated with this position. **14** All procedures established by the organization and client applicable to this position.
