




**1** Fully comply with security protocols, instructions, and functions established according to the risk management identified at client facilities. **2** Efficiently control personnel entering the facilities as visitors, as well as efficiently control items and equipment entering or leaving the assigned post. **3** Act and behave in accordance with G4S corporate values. **4** Provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction of internal and external clients of the secured facilities. **5** Promptly report to the immediate supervisor any incidents or events occurring during service delivery. **6** Properly handle work tools and equipment required to perform duties. **7** If applicable, constantly monitor CCTV elements assigned to reception or concierge, reporting any incidents or suspicious behavior. **8** When assigned an additional role, carry out the assigned activities. **9** Other functions associated with the position. **10** And all procedures established by the organization and the client applicable to this position.
