DESCRIPTION Responsible for supporting daily operations through monitoring, analysis, and management of alerts generated by the technological infrastructure. This role requires strong observational skills, timely response capability, and technical judgment to identify anomalies, prioritize events, and contribute to operational continuity. The candidate will be responsible for: * Monitoring and analyzing security and infrastructure alerts using tools such as **Zabbix**, **WhatsUp Gold**, **Splunk**, and specialized dashboards. * Escalating and documenting events in accordance with established procedures. * Identifying atypical behaviors, validating false positives, and supporting initial incident investigations. * Ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and proper operation of cybersecurity controls. * Covering operational duties of other team members during absences, guaranteeing service continuity and operational stability. REQUIREMENTS Professional degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Systems Engineering and related fields, certified via a copy of the professional degree diploma or graduation certificate. 2 years of experience. Required certifications: * AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials * Solutions Architect Associate Any certification related to the observability tools used in the project
