Job Summary: Analyst of monitoring and communication equipment who manages and verifies technological signals to analyze events and ensure communication integrity and security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages monitoring and communication equipment to analyze risk events 2. Ensures communication integrity and reports incidents 3. Maintains constant communication for continuous monitoring 1. Operate monitoring and communication equipment, verifying the technological signals emitted by such equipment to analyze events generated by the risk management tool that may arise during service delivery, in accordance with procedures and/or protocols established by the client or the company. 2. Conduct specific surveillance activities generated by operations through the technological means provided for this purpose. 3. Ensure communication integrity at all times, reporting all received and confirmed incident information, as well as any other situation. 4. Report various technical anomalies in the system. 5. Maintain constant communication with security supervisors (if applicable) for continuous monitoring of routes, events, and anomalies.
