




1 Operate monitoring and communications equipment, verifying the technological signals emitted by such equipment to analyze events generated by the risk management tool that may occur during service delivery, in accordance with procedures and/or protocols established by the client or the company. 2 Carry out specific surveillance generated by the operation itself through the technological media deployed for this purpose. 3 Ensure the integrity of communications at all times, reporting all received and confirmed information regarding incidents and any other situation. 4 Report various technical anomalies in the system. 5 Maintain constant communication with security supervisors (if applicable) for continuous monitoring of routes, events, and anomalies.
