Compliance with safety and quality policies **Forklift Operator** **About the Role:** Operate assigned equipment to store, replenish, and transport goods in accordance with the process, in a timely manner, ensuring the good condition of the load, correct quantity, identification of faults, and adherence to safety measures, as per established procedures. **Number of Openings:** 2 **Your Responsibilities:** * Inspect the assigned equipment and work area regarding physical, mechanical, and electronic conditions, identifying potential failures or anomalies during operation, thereby ensuring personnel safety and the excellent condition of goods to be moved. * Carry out necessary tasks for the proper execution of the process (receiving, storage, and dispatch) in accordance with established procedures. * Apply organizational policies and measures required to ensure the safety of personnel and assets under your responsibility, guarantee compliance with quality standards and environmental protection. * Fulfill all duties or instructions related to the position or area assigned by your immediate supervisor, according to process and/or company needs. * Conduct movement in accordance with the traffic plan defined for the area where you are operating. * Document incidents, conditions, and improvement activities related to Occupational Health and Safety. * Ensure proper care and use of company assets. **Who We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** High school diploma, preferably technical training in production, logistics, or related fields involving material handling. * **Experience:** 2 years of experience in the safe operation of forklifts, material transportation, loading, and unloading. * **Required Knowledge:** Valid forklift operator certification, preferably OSHA-certified. * **Competencies:** Assertive communication, service orientation, teamwork. **What Our Company Offers You:** Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
