Coordinate equipment maintenance and manage equipment inventory Clínica los Nevados requires a Biomedical Engineer to serve as a Biomedical Coordinator with specialization, responsible for managing, supervising, and guaranteeing the proper functioning of the institution’s biomedical technology, ensuring compliance with current regulations and safety in healthcare service delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, plus specialization. Minimum 2 years of experience in medium- to high-complexity healthcare institutions. Knowledge of biomedical equipment management, preventive and corrective maintenance. Experience in inventory management, equipment life-cycle records, and vendor relations. Familiarity with healthcare facility licensing processes and health regulations. Responsibilities: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical equipment. Manage inventory and life-cycle records of biomedical technology. Support licensing processes, audits, and regulatory compliance. Monitor vendors and specialized technical service providers.
