**Main job objective:** **Main responsibilities:** * Ability to manage the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with the daily rotation plan. * Issue tickets for the Medellín\- Rionegro route and vice versa. * Handle cash, demonstrating agility and efficiency. * Proficiency in information systems and ticketing software. * Be responsible, honest, and possess teamwork skills. * Stress management. * Ability to work under pressure. * Support the Road Safety Strategic Plan (PESV). * Participate in the company’s Occupational Health and Safety Committees. * Good personal appearance. * Customer attention and service. * Following instructions. **Schedules:** Shift 1: 5:00am to 1:00pm \- Shift 2: 1:00pm to 9:00pm Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off. **Minimum requirements:** * Be of legal age. * **MUST RESIDE IN MEDELLÍN.** * Hold a high school diploma. * Have 2 years of experience in this position or related duties.
