An IPS specialized in occupational safety and health, with extensive market experience and currently undergoing expansion, requires a Relationship Executive to join its team and provide services in the city of Dosquebradas. REQUIREMENTS: - Technical or technological degree in Marketing, Administrative Management, or related commercial fields. - Experience working with corporate clients, telemarketing, and possessing commercial and client relationship skills. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: - Customer orientation and service mindset. - Proficiency in office tools and email management. - Ability to work under pressure. - Effective communication (verbal and written). - Negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Updating the database of assigned clients. 2. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients. 3. Supporting the management of user service incidents. 4. Performing other duties assigned within the role. REQUIREMENTS - Minimum education: Technical or technological degree. - One year of experience in quality within the commercial area of healthcare. - Prior experience in customer service and support is mandatory. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM. - Salary: COP 1,750,905 per month.
