Support in the management of specialists and general Human Talent processes Clínica Central del Eje is seeking a Human Talent Analyst to cover a vacation period, supporting personnel and specialist onboarding, document management, and personnel updates, ensuring regulatory compliance. Requirements: Technical, technological, or university degree in Human Talent, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in hiring, social security affiliations, and document management (preferably in the health sector). Knowledge of current labor regulations. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Organized, analytical profile with a strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities: Manage documentation and hiring of personnel and specialists. Process social security affiliations (ARL, EPS, CCF, pension, and severance) and transfers. Schedule entry, exit, and periodic medical examinations. Report personnel updates to payroll and notify new hires. Manage physical and digital personnel files. Prepare employment contracts, addenda, certificates, and resignation documents. Support specialist management (contracts, annexes, and follow-up). Monitor insurance policies, training courses, and valid documentation. Support general Human Talent area processes.
