Ensure comprehensive human talent management, fostering a positive work environment and team development aligned with current regulations and the organizational strategy. Scope of the role: End-to-end management of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, and separation). Implementation of wellness, culture, and organizational climate strategies. Payroll administration and compliance with labor laws. Monitoring of key indicators (turnover, absenteeism, performance). Oversight of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST).
