Your purpose in this role will be: To support, mobilize, and manage the sales team to ensure achievement of the sales budget across assigned channels. You will play a key role in developing the GTM model and growing your sub-zone, guaranteeing presence, execution, and target achievement. Requirements: Professional degree in commercial, administrative, or related fields. More than 3 years of sales experience; experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is desirable. Knowledge of the traditional channel, distributors, and industry. Proficiency in sales performance tracking applications. Hands-on leadership, practical thinking, and strong results orientation.
