Support in compliance with quality management systems (HACCP and SIG) Process Engineer A leading company in the food industry requires an Industrial Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in analysis and optimization of production processes, documentation collection and standardization, performance indicator tracking, and continuous improvement. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste; lead documentation standardization; monitor continuous improvement projects; and support compliance with quality management systems, HACCP and SIG. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. • Minimum 1 year of experience in production processes and continuous improvement. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and office software tools. Salary: $3.018.978 base Working Hours: • Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Saturdays as required by operational needs. • Occasional availability for night shifts during inventory periods.
