YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership: Coordinate field staff to execute the work plan on time and as scheduled. Monitoring and reporting: Record tasks, working hours, and attendance, and report performance indicators. Supervision: Maintain on-site presence at the farm, safeguard assets, and report anomalies. -Requirements- Minimum education: Primary school education 4 years of experience
