We seek an organized, committed individual with teamwork skills and attention to detail, interested in strengthening their learning within a company that leads in security services and logistics operations. General Requirements: Possession of a SENA (or other accredited institution) letter of assignment for the productive phase. Technical or technological training in Human Resources, Administrative Management, or related fields. Full-time availability. Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word). Ability to work according to established guidelines and procedures. Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities: General Task Description The apprentice will assist the Regional Human Resources Coordinator in the following activities: Personnel Administration: Support in scheduling candidates for assessments (e.g., psychometric tests, medical exams, polygraph tests) and interviews. Document Management: Organization, filing, and pagination of employment history folders (contracts, certifications, medical examinations). Administrative Procedures: Support in managing medical leaves, permits, and affiliations to the Comprehensive Social Security System. Operational Support: Assist in the distribution of uniforms and issuance of identification cards for security personnel.
