Job Summary: We are seeking an External Sales Advisor to manage sales in the timber, hardware, and construction sectors, advising clients and generating new business opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Achieving sales budget targets A company engaged in wholesale and retail distribution of construction materials—specializing in timber, hardware, fittings, and melamine—requires an EXTERNAL SALES ADVISOR for the city of Dosquebradas. · COUC Code: 3456. · Skills: active listening, assertive communication, mathematical logic. · Responsibilities: 1. Manage sales of products from the timber, industrial, hardware, and construction sectors, providing technical and commercial advisory aligned with customer needs. 2. Conduct commercial visits to existing and potential customers, strengthening relationships and generating new business opportunities. 3. Prepare clear and accurate quotations, and execute billing processes in accordance with company policies. 4. Meet assigned sales budgets through continuous tracking of goals and commercial KPIs. 5. Monitor orders and deliveries, ensuring on-time fulfillment and customer satisfaction. · Important: Must own a motorcycle and maintain up-to-date documentation. · Educational level: Technical or technological degree in commercial fields or related areas. Experience: Minimum 6 months in commercial roles (sales, customer service, timber sector, construction, or tangible product sales). Contract type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: 1 minimum monthly legal wage (SMMLV) plus statutory benefits + mobility allowance (COP 465,000) + commissions (COP 800,000 to 1,000,000) + overtime and surcharges (if applicable).
