Perform sewing, assembly, reinforcement, and finishing processes for garments, ensuring compliance with established quality standards. Install buttons, snaps, zippers, hooks, and other accessories required in the garment production process. Inspect seam quality, finishing, and finished product characteristics. Properly use assigned machines, tools, and materials for productive activities. · Educational requirements: Secondary education (basic or high school diploma). Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience operating industrial garment sewing machines. Required knowledge: Experience operating flatbed, overlock, neckband, or other industrial sewing machines. Contract type: Fixed-term contract. Salary and benefits: 1 minimum monthly legal wage (SMMLV) + statutory social benefits. Payment for overtime and surcharges where applicable. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Availability for overtime and working some Saturdays as production needs require.
