Perform sewing, assembly, reinforcement, and finishing processes for garments, ensuring compliance with established quality standards. Install buttons, zippers, fasteners, hooks, and other accessories required in the garment manufacturing process. Inspect stitch quality, finishes, and characteristics of the finished product. Properly use assigned machines, tools, and materials for productive activities. · Educational requirements: Secondary basic education or high school diploma. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience operating industrial garment manufacturing machines. Required knowledge: Experience operating flatbed, overlock, buttonholer, or other industrial garment manufacturing machines. Contract type: Fixed-term contract. Salary and benefits: 1 minimum monthly legal wage (SMMLV) + statutory social benefits. Overtime and surcharge payments where applicable. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Availability for overtime and working some Saturdays as production needs require.
