The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of Human Resources management processes in the regional office, supporting leaders and employees, monitoring KPIs, and contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. Requirements: - Degree in Human Resources or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. - Knowledge of labor legislation, competency-based selection, and hiring processes. - Proficiency in Excel and HR performance indicators.
