Job Summary: We are seeking operational assistants with logistics experience for picking, packing, receiving, storage, dispatching, and warehouse inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Handling and distribution of products within the warehouse A road freight transportation company requires: OPERATIONAL ASSISTANTS for Pereira and La Virginia. · CUOC Code: 33417. · Observation: Work location is Puerto Caldas or Km 8 via Cerritos, Global Logistics Park, in front of La Castilla Mall (having personal transportation is preferred). · Skills: assertive communication, active listening, activity evaluation and control, critical thinking, operational monitoring. · Responsibilities: 1. Picking and packing of goods. 2. Receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods. 3. Warehouse inventory organization and control. 4. Handling and distribution of products within the warehouse. 5. Order verification and preparation. 6. Control of goods incoming and outgoing. 7. Support in warehouse logistical and operational processes. · Education level: High school graduate. Experience: 6 months in logistics areas. Contract type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: 1 minimum legal monthly wage (SMMLV) + overtime pay + transportation allowance, plus statutory benefits.
