Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Advisor to advise customers, execute in-store marketing activities, implement commercial initiatives, and ensure marketing fundamentals. Negotiation and persuasion in the sales channel We are looking for a Marketing Advisor Responsibilities: Advise customers in-store regarding products, features, and pricing Execute marketing activities at the point of sale Implement commercial initiatives and promotional strategies Ensure marketing fundamentals (cleanliness, assortment, FIFO, visibility, and pricing) Conduct in-store promotional activities Manage POP materials and incentives Ensure proper product display and availability Apply negotiation and persuasion skills within the channel Requirements: Experience in marketing, preferably in the wholesale channel Commercial and communication skills Negotiation ability and customer orientation Proactivity and focus on achieving performance indicators (KPIs) Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day (Time window between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) Salary and Benefits: $1750905 + Transportation allowance + Statutory benefits + Communication allowance: $50000 or mobile phone Commissions up to $169000 for KPI achievement Contract type: Service contract. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education Less than 1 year of experience Keywords: advisor, asesor
