Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Procurement Assistant with skills in inventory management, supplier communication, and database updating to support the organization's procurement processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of procurement processes and supplier relationship. 2. Support in acquisition and distribution of goods and materials. Responsibilities: 1. Maintain inventory records, verify distribution of goods and materials to support preparation of orders for replenishing materials, supplies, and merchandise according to organizational procedures. 2. Obtain quotations, catalogs, and supplier lists, and prepare purchase orders. 3. Keep supplier, procurement, reporting, and price list databases and files updated according to organizational procedures, delivery notes, shipping documents, among others. 4. Support communication with suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery of materials, equipment, and merchandise, and process returns. 5. Adjust inventory prices and quantities according to marketing strategies and requirements. Minimum Education Level: Graduated professional or undergraduate student from the 6th semester onward in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Business Administration. Experience: 1 year in procurement of technological media. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract for 3 months. Salary: $1,893,000 + wheel allowance of $200,000 + transportation allowance of $500,000 + transportation subsidy, plus statutory benefits.
