Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Operator to inspect and ensure the proper assembly and operation of motorcycles in the city of Pereira. Key Responsibilities: 1. Motorcycle operation inspection and testing. 2. Detection of faults and defects in assembly. 3. Experience in industrial process quality or motorcycle mechanics. General inspection of motorcycle assembly. 2. Operation testing of lights (headlight, turn signals, brake light). 3. Inspection of handlebar controls and levers. 4. Inspection of brakes, steering, and safety components. 5. Detection of faults or defects in assembly. · Education Level: High School Diploma. Experience: 6 months in industrial process quality or motorcycle mechanics. Contract Type: Project-based or task-based (1 year) Salary: 1 SMMLV + transportation allowance + overtime pay + cafeteria benefit + commuting allowance + all statutory benefits. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday + overtime (if required) + Saturday availability – (Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.). -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education years of experience Driver’s Licenses: A2
