Job Summary: We are seeking an Installation Officer with experience in engineering and construction to supervise and execute the installation of CCTV and surveillance equipment in complex projects. Challenging and rewarding work environment We are seeking an Installation Officer to join our team at ENERGIZANDO INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION S.A.S. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and executing the installation of CCTV and surveillance equipment, ensuring all components are integrated efficiently and safely. Your field experience in engineering and construction will enable you to work on high-complexity projects, collaborating with a highly skilled professional team. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and coordinating installation activities, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining quality at every project phase. You will serve as the liaison between engineering teams and field teams, ensuring all technical specifications are met. Additionally, you must conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues arising during the installation process. 1. Execute the installation and assembly process to enable CCTV services 2. Execute the assembly, connection, and maintenance of telecommunications networks using HFC, FO, and Copper technologies 3. Install monitoring elements, optical and electrical nodes, and perform tests on telecommunications networks 4. Collect field data for telecommunications network design and review existing networks 5. Conduct electrical parameter and network performance testing 6. Coordinate required preventive and corrective maintenance and report obtained results 7. Report deterioration or damage to assigned resources used in task execution 8. Operate measurement instruments such as multimeters and cable testing equipment 9. Load and unload required materials from assigned transport vehicles (trucks, vans) during task execution and provide appropriate supervision to prevent theft and/or loss 10. Availability to work the time required and assigned by the Company to complete the project, in compliance with client-specified conditions 11. Any other duties assigned during working hours by your immediate supervisor, provided they do not adversely affect yourself and/or the project Prior experience in energy equipment installation, leadership skills, and demonstrated ability to work in teams are required.
