In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing logistics processes to ensure efficiency and timeliness in the delivery of our equipment. Your leadership and organizational skills will be critical to improving coordination among various departments and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include supervising loading and unloading operations, inventory management, and transportation route planning. You must work closely with sales and technical service teams to anticipate needs and resolve any logistical issues. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics-related matters, ensuring smooth and satisfactory communication. Prior experience in logistics leadership, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement, is required. The ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively is essential. A results-oriented mindset and skills to motivate and lead a team are highly valued. Profile: Minimum one year of experience in logistics and administrative processes. Technical or technological degree in administrative or logistics fields. Salary: COP 1,894,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits.
