Diaco S.A., a leading company in the industrial sector dedicated to the production and marketing of construction steel and nationally recognized for its quality, innovation, and commitment to national development, is seeking a Logistics Programmer: MISSION Support and direct the operational and administrative logistics process for loading, unloading, document dispatch, invoicing, and raw material procurement in accordance with the Logistics Department’s policies, to fulfill agreements established with customers. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining logistics systems that optimize our distribution and inventory management processes. SPECIFIC COURSES AND KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge and skills in the following areas: Inventory control. Intermediate proficiency in office software tools. Intermediate statistical analysis. Knowledge of databases and logistics-specific software. Knowledge of SAP/R3. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate internal logistics tasks, including receipt, storage, load scheduling, loading, and dispatch of finished and semi-finished products, invoicing, and document management in accordance with departmental guidelines. Ensure dispatch scheduling, guaranteeing delivery times as agreed with customers. Coordinate with the carrier’s in-house team regarding dispatch scheduling and fleet availability; likewise, manage necessary corrective actions in case of deviations. Supervise compliance with load scheduling, both by loading operators and by adherence to vehicle routing plans defined for each vehicle. Guarantee entry of vehicles for loading that meet required safety standards. EDUCATION Technology degree in Logistics: Industrial Logistics, Logistics Management, Business Logistics, or related fields.
