Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Traveling Merchandiser to transform retail points, create impactful displays, and contribute to brand growth. Key Highlights: 1. This opportunity is for you. Contract: Initial project- or labor-based contract. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays until noon. Salary: Current legal minimum wage + transportation allowance + performance bonus. Key Requirement: Minimum 1 year of experience as a merchandiser and basic Excel skills. Territory: Pereira, Armenia, Manizales, Santa Rosa de Cabal, and nearby areas according to operational needs. What will you do? Visit retail and wholesale channel points of sale (POS) to ensure flawless execution. Create and optimize displays that generate impact and increase brand visibility. Organize shelves, display cases, and assigned spaces, ensuring presentation, product assortment, and order. Monitor own and competitor pricing to support commercial decisions. Promote products through brand activities, supporting buyers and sales staff. Install POP materials aligned with visual and strategic guidelines. Train point-of-sale teams and advise visitors on product knowledge. Contribute to customer growth through strong, eye-catching presence at the POS. What are we looking for in you?
