Long-Term Job Stability: We offer a direct indefinite-term contract with the construction company, providing the security you seek to build your professional future in Pereira. Competitive Compensation: You will receive a monthly salary of $2,611,000, plus all statutory benefits. During the probationary period, your salary will be 90% of the full amount. Stable Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., plus one Saturday per month from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A Collaborative Work Environment: You will join a dynamic team committed to quality and efficiency in every project. What Are We Looking for to Maintain Our Construction Pace? Education: Completed technical or technological studies in Construction, Construction Management, Logistics, or related fields. Proven Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience as a construction warehouse clerk, with comprehensive inventory management of materials (receipts and issuances). Proficiency in Key Tools: Mandatory: Knowledge and hands-on experience using the SINCO software. Mandatory: Efficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Location: Must reside in Pereira or its surrounding areas to facilitate access to project sites. Personal Skills: Impeccable organization, attention to detail, proactivity, responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and skills for accurate data entry and management in systems. Your Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage construction materials inventory, controlling both receipts and issuances. Accurately enter and update all information related to material movements in the system (SINCO). Maintain an organized construction warehouse and ensure proper material placement. Conduct periodic physical inventories to ensure record accuracy. Coordinate with the construction team for timely delivery of required materials. Ensure material safety and proper storage conditions.
