





We are seeking a Payroll and Social Security Analyst for the city of Medellín. **Medellín – In-person/hybrid modality (as applicable)** **Contract:** Indefinite-term contract **Sector:** Services / Administrative – corporate **Job Requirements** * Professional or final-semester student in **Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in payroll and social security processes. * Solid knowledge of **Colombian labor legislation**. * Proficiency in **Excel** (intermediate level). * Experience handling employees and independent contractors. **Job Objective** Ensure accurate calculation, control, and execution of payroll and social security processes, guaranteeing compliance with current Colombian labor regulations and administrative process efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Calculate biweekly payroll and social benefits. * Manage social security for employees and independent contractors (PILA). * Record and monitor payroll changes (overtime, medical leaves, absences, etc.). * Prepare final settlements and retirement documentation. * Issue electronic payroll and pay slips. * Administer wage assignments (libranzas), garnishments, and life insurance policies. * Respond to requests from UGPP, external auditors, and regulatory bodies. * Manage claims for medical leaves with EPS and ARL. * Support accounting closings and administrative reporting.
