**Architect – Luxury Residential, Commercial, and Multifamily Projects** Architectural firm seeks an Architect to join its team for luxury residential projects, apartment buildings, and commercial developments in the U.S. *Essential Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Minimum of three (3) years of verifiable professional experience at an architecture firm or office, using Archicad as the primary working tool (self-taught experience alone will not be considered). Advanced proficiency in Archicad. Proven experience in construction drawing preparation. Experience in technical coordination with consultants in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, Civil, etc. Advanced English, both spoken and written (bilingual work environment). Ability to work remotely, with strong commitment to project deadlines. Preferred (not mandatory): Knowledge of the Florida Building Code and/or experience with U.S. regulations is a plus, but not required. *Job Description:* Development of construction drawings for luxury homes, multifamily, and commercial projects. Interdisciplinary coordination with engineers and consultants. Efficient organization and management of project files and technical documentation.
