We are looking for a Plus SME Microfinance Advisor responsible for managing, analyzing, and disbursing loans targeted at small and medium-sized enterprise owners, contributing to regional economic development. Responsibilities: * Manage and strengthen the SME client portfolio. * Conduct field visits for financial assessment and credit analysis, with minimum limits of 15 and maximum limits of 25 current legal monthly minimum wages (SMLV). * Verify business conditions, repayment capacity, and loan usage. * Achieve commercial and portfolio quality targets. * Support administrative processes and post-disbursement follow-up. Ideal Candidate Profile: Academic Background: Technical, technological, or university degree in commercial, financial, or administrative fields. Experience: Over 2 years in microloans. Skills: Proactivity, results orientation, negotiation ability, portfolio management, fieldwork capability, and customer focus.
