Ensure compliance with quality and volume indicators for assigned businesses. Conduct in-store direct promotion activities to boost sales of products and services. Train partner staff (salespeople, administrators, and store managers) on product portfolio, promotions, processes, and commercial tools. Ensure correct implementation of commercial campaigns, POP materials, and brand guidelines. Conduct periodic visits to sales points within the assigned territory. Identify business opportunities and propose actions to increase sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners. Monitor sales performance per point of sale and propose improvement plans. Prepare management reports, activation results, and tracking of commercial indicators. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies. Requirements: Previous experience in sales or commercial roles. Knowledge of financial market dynamics. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
