During the first two months, the salary is the minimum wage plus a mobility allowance corresponding to the training period. After completing these two months, the salary increases significantly (between $2,800,000 and $3,200,000) plus performance-based bonuses aligned with achievement of established targets, as well as a mobility allowance.
