Job Description: We seek Field Commercial Executives with proven experience in point-of-sale acquisition. You will be responsible for expanding our network of partner stores. Your role will involve identifying, visiting, and onboarding merchants who wish to offer our integrated-guarantee smartphone financing solution. Responsibilities: Visit physical stores (retailers and technology merchants) to present our solution. Clearly explain how the financing model works and its benefits for retailers. Onboard new points of sale and support them through activation. Achieve weekly targets for stores visited, onboarded, and activated. Submit daily commercial activity reports. Requirements: Proven field sales experience (minimum 4 years). Preferably in sectors: Fintech, microcredit, telecom, or mass consumer goods. Familiarity with commercial zones, neighborhoods, and local stores. Excellent commercial skills, basic office software knowledge, proactive attitude, and results orientation. High accountability and results focus. Personal motorcycle for transportation. Academic background: Technical, technological, or university degree. Availability to travel within the assigned region as operational needs require. We Offer: Base salary of $2,200,000 + attractive, uncapped commissions. Mobility allowance: $500,000. Indefinite-term contract. Growth opportunities within an expanding Fintech.
