




Job Summary: This role is responsible for comprehensive accounting management, including invoicing, disbursements, reconciliations, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of accounting and invoicing. 2. Administrative support and assistance with other requests. 3. Proficiency in accounting software (World Office preferred). - Accrual of purchase and expense invoices - Preparation and accounting of disbursements - Preparation of accounts payable status report - Monthly cash flow statement preparation - Review of bank records - Accounting of sales invoices in the system - Preparation and recording of cash invoices - Accrual of provisions and social security contributions - Reporting of accounting updates for payroll - Administrative support and assistance with other requests - Document archiving - Proficiency in World Office accounting software preferred. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program 2 years of experience Knowledge: Accruals, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, invoices Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, accountant, paymaster, controller, bookkeeper, billing clerk, treasurer, accounting clerk
