Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, mandatory in horizontal property management. Knowledge of administrative management of residential complexes or units. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, email). Customer service, organizational, and information management skills. Ability to manage documentation, filing, and administrative support. FUNCTIONS Provide administrative support for horizontal property management. Serve residents, suppliers, and visitors, ensuring high-quality customer service. Manage correspondence, documents, and unit filing. Assist in preparing reports, minutes, and internal communications. Track requests, complaints, suggestions, and inquiries (PQRS), and unit-related updates. Support administrative, financial, and operational processes required by management. Maintain updated information and databases of the co-ownership. CHARACTERISTICS Salary: $2,200,000 (including transportation allowance) + statutory benefits.
