




Job Summary: We are seeking an individual with administrative experience to support the administrative process, performing daily operations control, reconciliations, and income and expense accounting. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in the development of the administrative process 2. Daily operations control (billing, inventory, credit notes) 3. Constant communication with finance, accountant, and auditor A candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the administrative field is required, with knowledge of billing, accounting, and inventory management. Responsibilities will include supporting the development of administrative process tasks and executing, among others, the following activities to achieve the department’s objectives: \- Documentation of sales from each point of sale \- Control of daily operations (billing, inventory, credit notes) \- Accounts receivable and bank transaction reconciliation \- Review of cash register closings \- Income and expense accounting \- Cash receipts \- Constant communication with finance, accountant, and auditor **Requirements** * Minimum education: University degree / Technological program * 2 years of experience * Knowledge: Customer service, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Document digitization Employment type: Full-time \- Indefinite term Administrative schedule: Monday\-Friday Experience: * Minimum of TWO years in similar positions Employment type: Full-time
