




Position Summary: Customer Service Assistant responsible for managing requests, PQRS, and providing support to commercial advisors, ensuring timely and efficient service. An importing company specializing in motorcycle tires and spare parts is seeking a Customer Service Assistant responsible for managing customer requests and supporting commercial advisors, guaranteeing timely and efficient service. Responsibilities: - Manage requests, complaints, claims, and suggestions (PQRS) through established channels. - Prepare and manage credit notes according to internal procedures. - Maintain constant communication with commercial advisors to resolve customer requirements. - Track cases until their effective closure. - Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely solutions. - Support continuous improvement in customer service processes. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in administrative or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service. Proficiency in office software tools. Salary: $1.750.905 + Transportation Allowance + Performance Indicators Contract: Fixed-term contract with possibility of conversion to indefinite term. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., plus 2 Saturdays per month.
