Graphic and Multimedia Designer Location: Neiva, Pereira, and Cali A leading national pharmaceutical services company invites you to join a team committed to human development and occupational well-being. What will be your purpose? Develop, manage, and optimize visual and multimedia content for the Discolmets brands, ensuring visual identity consistency across all communication channels (digital and print). Additionally, you will support brand positioning in the market by creating graphic materials that enhance both visual and commercial communication for both companies. Requirements • Professional, technologist, or final-semester student in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Audiovisual, or Advertising. • 1 year of experience in related positions. • Immediate availability and willingness to travel is highly desirable! Main Responsibilities 1. Define and agree upon visual guidelines with Marketing and Sales departments to ensure brand identity consistency across every content piece. 2. Select and propose technical graphic and multimedia design tools that optimize production time and guarantee the quality of delivered materials. 3. Coordinate and validate delivery timelines and priorities for graphic materials with other internal teams, ensuring alignment with campaign and event objectives. 4. Propose final versions of visual and multimedia content prior to publication or printing, ensuring correct application of the brand’s visual identity. 5. Present proposals to external graphic and printing service providers—such as printing houses and audiovisual production agencies—and manage resources effectively.
