If you are a technician or technologist with experience in payroll processes and are passionate about human talent management, this opportunity is for you! Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in roles within human resources, payroll, and personnel administration Solid knowledge of: payroll calculation for companies with 50–100 employees, electronic payroll, Colombian labor legislation, social benefits, overtime, surcharges, vacations, final settlements, filing, recovery, and reconciliation of medical leave certifications Proficiency in accounting and payroll software Personnel onboarding and offboarding processes Affiliations with EPS (Health Promotion Entities), ARL (Labor Risk Administrators), AFP (Pension Fund Administrators), and CCF (Family Compensation Funds) Intermediate Excel skills Conditions: Salary: COP 2,000,000 + transportation allowance Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break Payroll frequency: Biweekly Fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal We offer: Job stability Career development plan One additional vacation day for every 3 years of service. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
