Collect and present statistical process information. **Location:** Dosquebradas, Risaralda, Colombia **Job ID:** R0125242 **Date Posted:** 2026\-03\-31 **Company Name:** Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. **Profession (Job Category):** Quality Management **Job Schedule:** Full time **Remote:** No **Job Description:** **QUALITY INSPECTOR II** **Job Objective** Ensure compliance with manufacturing process variables through monitoring and verification of such variables, with the aim of keeping the manufacturing process continuously under controlled conditions and meeting defined standards. **How You Will Make an Impact / Key Responsibilities** * Review QICs and ensure correct completion by production personnel. * Report any nonconformity or error in QIC documentation, any quality deviation identified during the process, and halt the process until the nonconformity or error is corrected; generate the corresponding nonconformity record in the assigned system, reporting to the Production Leader and Quality Assurance Coordinator. * Perform verifications specified in the CTQs (Critical to Quality) of the QICs and enter the corresponding information into them. Support non-standard work or rework activities. * Collect, organize, and present statistical information on processes and their quality variables, as defined by the Quality Assurance Coordinator. * Conduct assigned 5S audits. * Participate in assigned control points and operational meetings (Tier Meeting 2\). * Train and instruct production operators on the correct execution of operations according to production standards and experience.
