Support strategic decision-making **Commercial Analyst:** **About the Role:** Translate data into **growth strategies**, analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities, optimize data-driven processes that help improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making by the commercial team—acting as a bridge between data and effective commercial action. **What You’ll Do:** * **Data Analysis:** Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of sales, marketing, and customer data to extract valuable insights. * **Reporting and Visualization:** Create detailed reports and clear presentations for the department, showing business health and commercial performance. * **Opportunity Identification:** Identify problem areas, emerging trends, and market niches to generate new revenue streams. * **Strategy Optimization:** Propose and support the implementation of strategies to improve sales productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability. * **Tracking and Continuous Improvement:** Monitor agreements, plans, and KPIs, adjusting tactics to ensure goal achievement. **Who We’re Looking For:** * **Education:** Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields—or commercial experience. * **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or commercial roles. * **Basic Knowledge:** Advanced Excel, commercial mathematics, numerical management. * **Competencies:** Leadership and influence, commercial and financial analysis, commercial discipline, negotiation and persuasion; B1-level English is desirable.
