Collaborative and challenging work environment Employment Opportunity at DISCOLMETS Internal Control Supervisor At DISCOLMETS, a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, we are seeking an Internal Control Supervisor to lead auditing, risk management, and internal control processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and the reliability of financial information. Key Responsibilities Design and supervise internal audit and control plans. Identify and mitigate organizational risks. Analyze financial statements and management indicators. Coordinate accounting reconciliations and regulatory reporting. Ensure compliance with IFRS for SMEs and tax regulations. Lead internal control frameworks, SARLAFT/SAGRILAFT models, and corporate policies. Manage financial ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel. Requirements Education: Degree in Public Accounting or Financial Administration. Preferred: Specialization/Diploma in Internal Auditing, Internal Control, or Risk Management. Experience: 3–5 years in auditing, internal control, statutory auditing, or financial supervision. Technical competencies: IFRS, taxation, internal control, risk management, reconciliations, financial ERP systems, advanced Excel. Soft skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, leadership, ethics, and results orientation. Conditions Contract: Fixed-term contract + statutory benefits.
