Mechanical Workshop Coordinator / After-Sales Coordinator Manizales, Caldas Job Objective Ensure proper operation of the automotive service workshop by leading the after-sales technical and administrative team, ensuring compliance with brand quality standards, customer satisfaction, and achievement of productivity, profitability, and efficiency targets set by the company. Main Responsibilities Coordinate, supervise, and control daily service workshop operations. Lead and support the technical team, promoting adherence to quality and productivity standards. Ensure compliance with processes and guidelines established by the brand and the company. Monitor work orders, repair times, and timely vehicle delivery. Manage scheduling and workload distribution for technical staff. Monitor management indicators related to productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Address and resolve special situations or complaints related to technical service. Ensure proper use of workshop tools, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate training and technical development activities for assigned personnel. Maintain effective communication with service, parts, warranty, and sales departments. Requirements Academic Qualifications Technologist or Professional degree in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields in the automotive sector. Required Knowledge Automotive workshop management. Experience Minimum three (3) years of experience in automotive technical service. Minimum two (2) years of experience leading work teams or coordinating workshop operations. Two (2) years of driving experience. Additional Requirements Valid B1 driver's license.
