Responsible for executing the work plan to ensure proper achievement of operational objectives and compliance with agreed inventory accuracy levels with clients. Ensure proper execution of warehouse operational activities, compliance with standards and procedures established by Inventory Coordination and/or Operations Management, and participation in process improvements related to inventory control. **Responsibilities:** * \- Optimize resources to meet company requirements. \- Develop a strategic plan for the logistics area aligned with company objectives to ensure inventory accuracy targets. + Ensure adherence to client-specific schedules for daily cyclic count reporting. + Fulfill client-agreed reporting requirements for cyclic inventories (frequency). + Determine ABC inventory classification per client (picking productivity). + Participate in coordination and execution of annual W2W inventories across various accounts. + Audit proper product storage according to quality/temperature conditions. + Monitor implementation of Good Storage Practices. + Comply with and enforce the company’s quality policy. + Prepare annual reports documenting changes, improvements, or issues identified across various accounts. + Monitor inventory for each account. + Report account-specific indicators to the Inventory Coordinator, along with potential process improvement opportunities for inventory management. + Organize team workflow. + Know and apply Good Documentation Practices. **Qualifications:** * Position Level: STRATEGIC / TACTICAL / SUPPORT * High School Diploma * Technical Degree (4 Semesters) * Technological Degree (6 Semesters) * Equivalent experience accepted * BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELDS * Specific Experience, Knowledge, and Technical Skills * Intermediate Office / Excel \- Inventory control knowledge **Additional Skills:** * Results-oriented * Effective communication * Service mindset * Teamwork * Sense of urgency * Leadership * Experience: total work experience and specific experience required for performing this role **Specific Experience:** * 6 months Location: Bogota **Employee Type:** Internal UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
